I felt crippled for the whole week already. Having a back ache is annoying as I have limited movements plus I have to take care of my rambunctious tots that needs dire attention. This is the end result of not taking some rest from my duties and responsibilities. Body pain can be pestering and is one of the major problems of each of us. But do you know that we can avoid experiencing it? All we need is a lot of practice.

Body Mechanics is the use of proper body movement in our daily activities to prevent and correct body posture and enhance coordination and endurance. This is a very broad topic to discuss but  here are some infographics on how do we follow basic body mechanics:
