There are moments wherein I always have hard time looking for gifts for my friends and loved ones during holidays. Because I am busy as a bee trying to juggle with responsibilities, I always end up looking for stuff online, or whenever we have the chance to go to the malls which means more chaotic.

Online shopping will always be my savior in so many ways. I could get things done with a computer, smartphone and internet connection in no time. I am just glad that I could also send out gifts by few clicks. No sweat.

Personally, I like receiving perfumes as gifts and I like giving it as well. Every perfume I wear everyday or whenever I go out will depend solely on my mood.

Did you know that there is online shop where you can choose, personalize and deliver gifts to your loved ones? Inspiredgiftsph.com is an online shop where they sell perfumes and other items that can be given as a gift.

They sent me some of their perfumes which I was able to try and I must say, I loved it! Their perfumes come in a 30ml glass bottle which is perfect for giveaways, small tokens and perfect for travel kit. They have different variants and was able to try two, which is Aeris and May.

Aeris Eau De Parfum is a sweet scent (this is my favorite) which is a combination of raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrant, magnolia and lilies. I can wear this everyday! It stays longer than my regular mist at home and stays on the clothes even after washed.

May Eau De Parfum is combination of rose aromatic oils and citrusy oils with hints of water lily, magnolia, white violet, carnation, and ginger. It is light, warm, and overflowing with positive vibe. This scent can be worn on special events, This scent also stays on for five hours and more!

A bottle costs Php 180, an affordable way to give out gifts to relatives and friends!

Project Happy Home

Many of you have been wondering why all of a sudden, I am missing from my happy and quiet space again. Yes, guilty as charged. I do sincerely apologize for it.

However, as things have been extremely chaos for us, I am proud to announce that finally, after years of trying and praying, we are moving to our happy place that we finally can call our own. We are officially saying goodbye to the rowdy and greedy neighbors, air pollution caused by neighbors as well as incompetent landlord. Few of the countless reasons why I was so dedicated to move to a new place. Those things has cost me so much stress for the past eighteen months.

Anyway, enough of my non sense ramblings. As of writing, I am now busy packing and sorting our stuff. Funny thing is that I have to go through each corner of our house as my children has uniquely designed each corner of it. I may need humungous amount of patience as I go through each of our stuff.

So forgive me if I have been missing from all my social media accounts. I promise to be more active once we are all settled. Will also be doing videos of our everyday adventures.

Also, I have a surprise to one of my reader that I will announce soon.

Meltdown From A SAHM

The Super Momma 5:37 PM 0 Comments
It was almost 12 midnight and everybody else is busy playing and making a mess. Despite the continuous and repetitive reminder to go to sleep, my toddlers won't listen and seem to have a world of their own and continued to do their thing. I honestly couldn't count the times I utter the words "go to sleep" in one night. A few minutes later, while me and the youngest is in the bathroom, the eldest went to the room and told the husband that my daughter accidentally kicked her on his cheek/head. Then, blood is gushing again from his nose. Another nosebleed. Honestly, it is hard for me to see my children that way. Despite being a nurse, it pains me to see my children sick or having a booboo. It breaks my heart all the time. But wait, I just told them to go to sleep right? And then this. I was crying deep inside already. The frustration, exhaustion as well as the unfinished chores has been eating me up again. These are the moments when I could just lock myself all day in the room and sleep it off.

While the working moms are dealing with everyday traffic and sad about the milestones of their children they missed, I am dealing with all the things in our house. Well, who else will, right? Everyday, I would start it with hot coffee and hopefully could enjoy sipping it three times before the youngest realized that his mom is not beside him anymore. But I only get to enjoy my coffee twice in a week. I would wake up my son and prep him for school and deal with the horrible morning ritual, five days in a week. I cannot blame him though, me and my siblings were like him way back then.

Honestly, I don't want to look at our house anymore. Every corner of it makes my eye sore. It's all messed up. I felt like punishing myself all the time for cleaning it and just messing it up every single time. So, I would spare myself some sanity and just go on with our lives. After all, I am not alone in this. Every SAHM out there is dealing the same. But only a few understands our sentiments.

Again, I am not complaining. I am just trying to breathe out a little of my frustration through this writing and hopefully help a SAHM feel better too. I have lived with this situation for seven long years now and I must say, while I see all my children's milestones, it's a bit tiring at some point. A mom needs some time to recharge and let out exhaustion once in a while. Being at home is never easy. I deal with chores, children and take care of the husband and get drained at the end of the day. Every. Single. Day.

I know what I am going through right now is hard but things will get better. I have said this a lot of times and I know God never fails us.

Now, I felt better. Rant and frustration over.

Cheers to the mommies out there dealing with chores! Hugs to you from a messed up mom in this side of the world.

A Chef Someday

A Chef Someday

The Super Momma 6:38 PM 0 Comments
Vacation has officially started to us weeks ago and I can't believe we actually survived one school year. Now, I can rest my nagging early in the morning and I can enjoy additional hour of sleep before I start my day.

Honestly, if only I have a choice, I would like to homeschool the kids. I have seen some negative effects on my eldest’s attitude when he was in school and I wasn’t happy about it. The past school year  was quite challenging for me when it comes to time management. Preparing him to school, daily chores as well as taking care of two kids, not to mention the days when they all get sick all at the same time. It’s not easy to  be honest.

But with God’s grace, we were able to finish the school year and I am so  proud of him. I know I was quite tough especially during those days when he feel like playing all day and I, on the other hand, continues to nag in order for him to finish his homework.

Don't get me wrong though, I was so happy that finally, he can now speak Tagalog. Ever since he was born, he converse in English only. When he was about 3 years old, he could understand simple Tagalog words yet he couldn't speak the language. But about four months in school, he went home one day and began speaking Tagalog.

He has improved as well when it comes to writing and can read few words already. I don't want to put pressure yet on this part because I want him to love reading not despise it just because he has to learn it.

One thing that shocked me come graduation time was when he handed me a paper wherein it says to practice the kids few lines for their graduation. I asked what he wanted to become and told me he wants to become a CHEF someday. Never will I thought that he will like it since he is quite picky with food.

Nevertheless, one school year is done and here is to many school years ahead of us.

Congratulations to the mommies of graduates!
