Myra Ultimate Dietary Supplement Review

Health is wealth. I have said this countless times to my children and everyone else. Now this pandemic reminds us that we need to take care of ourselves more since we are battling a virus. Aside from exercise, healthy food, and vitamins that we take everyday, we also need to take care of our skin. Even though we are at home most of the time, we must not neglect the protective layer of our body.

I learned skin care through my mom who was health conscious too. She would take vitamins and supplements of all sorts and strictly follow a skin care routine day and night. She is my biggest influence when it comes to taking care of myself. I learned that in order for us to have a good glowing skin, it should start from within.

I came across Myra a few years back at a drugstore when I started working and began taking their Vitamin E supplement. Now they Myra Ultimate, a new product that I tried and here are my thoughts.

  1. One week of taking it, I noticed a significant change in the glow of my skin. My face feels supple and there is no dryness of my skin including my legs.

  2. There are less breakouts every month especially prior to my monthly period.

  3. My dark spots from pimple marks are slowly fading. It was fairly tough to do it alone with just facial scrub and other topical skin care products I use.

  4. No side effects so far while taking it.

  5. The capsule is small and can easily be swallowed. This is for those who are quite iffy when it comes to the size of the medicines they take.

  6. This supplement is available in every drugstore and if you are quite the online shopper person, you can have it delivered to your doorstep. You may shop it here:  https://shp.ee/8vqpjum.

I am satisfied with this supplement since it helps make my skin healthy and glowing. The additional benefits are a bonus especially that I am in my mid 30’s and I need to take my skin care into the next level.

Myra Ultimate is ideal for daily consumption. Take 1-2 capsules at night, before bedtime.

Now, let us talk about the ingredients of Myra Ultimate:

Astaxanthin is a red pigment that belongs to a group of chemicals called carotenoids. It is an antioxidant. This effect might protect cells from damage. Astaxanthin might also improve the way the immune system functions.

People use astaxanthin for many purposes, including Alzheimer disease, athletic performance, aging skin, muscle soreness from exercise, and many others.

Lycopene is a type of organic pigment called a carotenoid. It is related to beta-carotene and gives some vegetables and fruits (e.g., tomatoes) a red color.

Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant that might help protect cells from damage. It's found in tomato, watermelon, red orange, pink grapefruit, apricot, rose hip, and guava.

Lycopene is used for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cancer, and many other conditions.

Vitamin E is a vitamin that dissolves in fat. It is found in many foods including vegetable oils, cereals, meat, poultry, eggs, and fruits.

Vitamin E is an important vitamin required for the proper function of many organs in the body. It is also an antioxidant. Vitamin E that occurs naturally in foods (RRR-alpha-tocopherol) is different from man-made vitamin E that is in supplements (all-rac-alpha-tocopherol).

Recommendation:

If you are the type of person who is into a healthy lifestyle and pays particular attention to skin care, then this is a must for you. This is recommended for people who are aged 35 years old and up.
