Are You Using The Right Pillow?

Sleep has been a luxury to me since I started working. Being a nurse, you cannot get the sleep that you desire, especially during those duty calls. That is why it wasn't hard for me to transition when I had already my children. But the question is, do we really get quality sleep?
A lot of factors affect sleep and that includes the ones we use at home which is the pillow. Until now, I still cannot find the perfect pillow to use because I still have been getting neck pains despite using a soft duck down pillow.
