TSM Review: Boba 4G Baby Carrier

When my youngest turned five months old, there was a dire need for me to get him a more comfortable baby carrier since he was getting heavy each day. My ring sling couldn't do any good that time since he was really putting weight and I want the weight distributed both on my shoulders. So I searched for the best carrier which has value for my money and something that is not just a hype.

Eventually, I decided to get a Boba 4G baby carrier and ordered it at Lazada. I got the brown color with print on the back. I was really excited to try it on since it was our first time and I am going to carry him with so much ease.

PROs:

1. Locally available. It is available at Lazada and cash on delivery. Who doesn't like it?
2. Soft-structured carrier. So easy to use when carrying babies because in just a few snaps of the buckles here and there, the baby is already close to you at kiss height.
3. Infant to toddler. One thing I liked about this carrier is that it has an infant insert which you can use from baby to toddler years. Value for money isn't?
4. Fully adjustable straps.
5. Hook for bags on the shoulder so it will not fall off. Best for those who carry shoulder bags at the same time.
6. It has footrest for babies which you can snap in case you need it.

Cons:

1. The designs are quite limited. So there will be few choices.
2. I find the shoulder straps not really comfortable when wearing your bub when it hits 4 hours or so. It has really pinning feeling on the shoulders since the cushion is not that thick and has hard piping on the sides.
3. The back clasp is located so high that my husband has a hard time trying to put it down his neck.

Final thoughts:

I will still recommend this to those babies who are quite petite as you can really use them until their toddler years. Sad to say, I had to get another carrier for my son who grows up so fast and that his legs are way beyond the carrier support. Still, this is a good choice of carrier for babies as it supports optimal position.
