Glorious Coffee That's Good For You

My husband and I loves drinking coffee. In the morning, it is our bonding moment, to sip and eat bread and talk about our plans for the day. But recently, he was diagnosed to have Diabetes Type 2. So I abruptly cut his coffee from his system because he cannot take black coffee. He is really sad about it but I am trying to figure out how to incorporate coffee again in his system. FRUGAL WAYS TO SPEND FAMILY DAY

Running a household is not as easy at is it is let alone parent three kids and their dad.

But these times wherein commodities are already expensive, we need to think of ways on how to spend the family day without spending so much. So what are the frugal ways to spend it?

I know this may sound crazy but I believe the family that cleans together, stays together. We clean our house at least twice a month and purge some unnecessary that the kids had accumulated.
