Glorious Coffee That's Good For You

My husband and I loves drinking coffee. In the morning, it is our bonding moment, to sip and eat bread and talk about our plans for the day. But recently, he was diagnosed to have Diabetes Type 2. So I abruptly cut his coffee from his system because he cannot take black coffee. He is really sad about it but I am trying to figure out how to incorporate coffee again in his system. For decades, coffee had received a bad reputation. Besides allegedly triggering high blood pressure, insomnia, and hyperacidity, the Filipino habit of adding lots of sugar and cream to one’s cup has been said to aggravate diabetes. While there’s no denying the Pinoy coffee fan his morning cup, there is concern over the amount of sugar present in commercial 3-in-1 coffee mixes. The leading brand has 14.6 grams of sugar in one 20-gram sachet alone. Imagine how much sugar you’re taking in if you drink an average of three cups of coffee a day. What About Sugar-Free Coffee? How #OAMom are you?

The weather has been erratic lately. The heat, sweat and neverending shower baths predisposes my kids' skin condition to get dry--that and our family history of Psoriasis. This is the very reason why I never stop looking for products which are gentle and works for my kids' skin. I have tried almost everything in the market and all I can say is that they do not work under the same weather conditions. That is how #OAMom I am.

Honestly, this is the very first time I have tried Aveeno for my kids. I have been hearing good reviews about this especially to those who have Eczema. But since my kids doesn't have it, I never picked it from the grocery stores. It was only when I was sent that I was able to appreciate the goodness it brings to their skin.

Aveeno Baby Wash and Shampoo is a gentle cleansing for body and hair which has natural oat extract. It is also tear-free, paraben-free, prothalate-free which is really safe for your baby's skin. It is recommended by most of pediatricians as well.

The consistency of this product is very thick that lathers moderately. When you lather it to your baby's skin, it leaves this gel like substance that leaves instant mositure to their skin. It is like an in-shower lotion to the babies. I didn't worry also because my kids could wash themselves because it is tear-free. They could see very well which body parts don't have soap yet.

After every bath, my son never fails to apply Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion all over his body. He was able to develop that habit because he tends to shower at least every after diaper change and I am so glad because his skin became supple and moisturized. I will no longer worry about his skin getting flaky especially on his legs where it tends to get dry the most.

This brand really delivers what is advertised. I am so glad that they address the issue of people who have sensitive skin and they don't need derma visit anymore.

If your babies and kids have sensitive skin, eczema and normal to dry skin, this brand is a must try. If it worked with us and so many babies with eczema, I am sure this will work for you too.
