Glorious Coffee That's Good For You

My husband and I loves drinking coffee. In the morning, it is our bonding moment, to sip and eat bread and talk about our plans for the day. But recently, he was diagnosed to have Diabetes Type 2. So I abruptly cut his coffee from his system because he cannot take black coffee. He is really sad about it but I am trying to figure out how to incorporate coffee again in his system. For decades, coffee had received a bad reputation. Besides allegedly triggering high blood pressure, insomnia, and hyperacidity, the Filipino habit of adding lots of sugar and cream to one’s cup has been said to aggravate diabetes. While there’s no denying the Pinoy coffee fan his morning cup, there is concern over the amount of sugar present in commercial 3-in-1 coffee mixes. The leading brand has 14.6 grams of sugar in one 20-gram sachet alone. Imagine how much sugar you’re taking in if you drink an average of three cups of coffee a day. What About Sugar-Free Coffee? TSM Recommends: Biore UV Whitening Essence Review

I always fail at skin care. It is either I am too tired or I am so preoccupied by the neverending chores that I tend to forget my night skin care routine. But if there is one thing that is a must in the morning is the sunscreen. Eversince I had melasma on some parts of my face, I never skipped putting on sunscreen. But the thing with sunscreens, they leave a white cast on your face that make you look like  you had so much powder.

But I have this brand that I have been dying to try but just don't have the courage to buy it because yes, it is quite expensive for me. Heck, I still bought it with no hesitations in the hopes that it will bring good results considering it's price. A mom like me tends to splurge on my children's needs rather than mine so you know I am for the budget meal products. I am glad that I bought it because it did deliver good results.

Biore has been in the market for quite sometime but I am not gearing towards this brand because mainly of the price point as well as it comes in Japanese brand without much of English translations. But I got this Biore UV Whitening Essence SPF50 PA++ and I am loving it.

The product is like a moisturizer that when applied to the face makes the face supple and mositurized. But it doesn't give you that sticky and heavy feeling. I am loving it because it just feels like my second skin. It also blends really well on the face and doesn't leave any white cast that make you look like you had so much powder.

Product when blended
For the past two months that I have been using it, I noticed that my face didn't have much melasma considering the summer heat. The SPF 50++ got my face covered for the entire day. Also, it made my face brightened or should I say maintained it's complexion because I tend to get really dark easily when exposed to sun in long periods of time. It is also a good base if your foundation doesn't have sun protecting ingredient. The product just blends really well with it and doesn't make any of foundations cakey.

For the price of 500+, I must say that it gives you that value for your money. I am totally inlove with this and will be repurchasing for more and definitely recommending it to everyone.
