Glorious Coffee That's Good For You

My husband and I loves drinking coffee. In the morning, it is our bonding moment, to sip and eat bread and talk about our plans for the day. But recently, he was diagnosed to have Diabetes Type 2. So I abruptly cut his coffee from his system because he cannot take black coffee. He is really sad about it but I am trying to figure out how to incorporate coffee again in his system. For decades, coffee had received a bad reputation. Besides allegedly triggering high blood pressure, insomnia, and hyperacidity, the Filipino habit of adding lots of sugar and cream to one’s cup has been said to aggravate diabetes. While there’s no denying the Pinoy coffee fan his morning cup, there is concern over the amount of sugar present in commercial 3-in-1 coffee mixes. The leading brand has 14.6 grams of sugar in one 20-gram sachet alone. Imagine how much sugar you’re taking in if you drink an average of three cups of coffee a day. What About Sugar-Free Coffee? #TSM Recommends; Coco Haven Natural Deodorant

TMI. When I gave birth to my youngest, my hormones have been overly crazy. I really do not understand what is going on but I am sure that something has really changed. My skin shifts from oily to dry and vice versa on some days. I sweat a lot compared to the previous post partum pregnancies. And when I sweat a lot it means I am prone to bacteria and body odor. YEP.

What really works for me is to change clothes more often and freshen up in order for me to stay fresh all day. So that would be xx number of laundry in a day and xx number of clothes needs folding in a week. So the domino effect takes toll on me again and a never-ending vicious cycle.

But what is more vague is that those products that worked for me before is not working right now, most especially deodorant. I have tried almost all that is, but faill. If you can still remember, I mentioned here in one of my posts that I tried a local brand Coco Haven body wash for my children few months back. I tried my luck and also tried one of their product line which is their deodorant in the hopes of finally finding the right one. And so…

Expiration is indicated on the label and most of all, not tested on animals

Has natural ingredients.

This deodorant gave me few reasons to be babbling my thoughts here. Here’s why:

  • It could last me at least eight hours feeling fresh. That means, despite me enslaving myself from all the chores, I still feel fresh all day.

  • I didn’t like it. I never did because I loved it! I love the scent because it smells natural and not strong.

  • It is available locally. You can get yours at Hoy Bata Ph and 9 months and Beyond or if you do not have the liberty to go out and shop, these stores can ship right at your doorstep.

  • It doesn’t make my underarm dark. Enough said.

  • It also doesn’t stain my clothes unlike the others.

  • Best of all, it is a local product and you know very much how I support our local products.

That’s it. If you are looking for a deo recommendation, then you might want to give this a try. You can get yours in the following stores:

Please note that they are the only official resellers of the Coco Haven Products.
