Let me tell you a secret, I am too lazy to take care of my skin. So I am really not fond of skin care products because either I am too lazy or I just don’t feel the need of doing so. But last year, was the major transformation in my life. During the whole nine months of my pregnancy, I had this very bad dry skin on my face. Too bad that it was so painful already and I thought it was the end of it all! Where in fact all I needed to do was give it its much-needed attention. So the journey to my skin care begins.
The start of the year was pretty good in fact; I gave myself a pat on the back for finishing some of the products, which is sitting on my stash for a long time already. Then when everyone was into Korean beauty products and skin care, I didn’t pay much attention until I saw a certain product from a vlogger who swears by it.
A company has recently launched their site and made it open to the public, which is the Althea Korea. Their site offer skin care and beauty products from different brands. Some of their products can be bought from the stores here in Manila and others, which are exclusively from Korea. So yes, I will try Korean products this time!

- They are on SALE. Yes, that is the magic word! I love that their products are way cheaper from the stores.
- Online shopping. Who doesn’t love retail therapy by the way? A SAHM like me that I don’t get to go out from the four corners of my house, online shopping is the best and convenient option for me.

Yes, I love free shipping most especially that my items will come from overseas and you know the horror stories of the post office here in Manila. I bet you do not want to go through it. - Packaging. I appreciate how they carefully packed the items to make it more presentable and avoid any damage to the items. They carefully bubble wrap each items as well as the box itself.
- Payment. Their payment is through Paypal and credit card. I chose to pay them through credit card, as I do not have enough funds in my paypal account. Easy peasy right?
Right now, I am enjoying all the products that came with the box. I love each one of it! I have my new favorites with regards to my skin care and beauty products and I cannot wait to order and try other products as well.
