Potato Flatbread with Chicken Flakes

Since the school year started, I’ve been thinking of ways to be more creative with our breakfast. My goal is to feed my kids a filling meal in the morning so they could be energized in school and be able to participate in activities. My kids usually have bread and pancakes for breakfast. They rarely eat rice in the morning. I started working around the same time that the school year started, so I needed to create breakfast as quickly as I could. Below is a recipe that is filling and easy to prepare and perfect for families who don't eat rice for breakfast. This is also a recipe where you can prepare the chicken filling in advance and store it in the refrigerator and even prepare the flatbread recipe separately on different days. This is perfect for working moms like me. My Potato Flatbread with Chicken Flakes recipe is easy, delicious, and healthy! It’s the perfect grab-and-go breakfast for busy bods.   Potato Flatbread: Ingredients: ·     150 grams U.S. dehydrated po

LeapFrog Learning Factory DVD Review

When I decided to homeschool my kids, I am in the look for materials and other sources, which I can use, with our homeschooling journey. I must admit that there are a lot of materials out there, which can be used, but I am quite ambivalent which ones are tried and tested effective for toddlers’ education.

However, when I attended an intimate Mommy bloggers lunch last May hosted by Bankee Trading, we were lucky enough to take home some materials, which I can use, for my homeschooled kids. This brand is one of the brands I swear by since my son had his very first toy from them when he was 5 months old.

LeapFrog caters the needs of children through a technology based learning system. Their products are innovative which is perfect for children in this generation.

I have LeapFrog learning factory and mind you, it was very helpful. While I  was trying to organize in my mind how to teach my kids learn the alphabet and its sounds, it saved me the job! It was so interesting that my son loved watching it over and over again. Within the span of two weeks, he was able to master the letters and the corresponding sounds. I was surprised when he was singing the letters and the sounds inside the car and asked him to recite them randomly. Truly, it made me impress how it aids the children in learning without the fuss.

Stay tuned for other LeapFrog reviews here in my blog. How about you, do you have LeapFrog products that your kids own? Share your thoughts.
