Mang Inasal hailed as ‘best-tasting chicken inasal’ in the Philippines

Mang Inasal   Chicken Inasal is recognized by Filipinos as the best-tasting grilled chicken in the country, based on a recent imagery survey conducted by a third-party market research agency. Held from November to December 2022, the nationwide study asked 800 consumers which grilled chicken they consider best-tasting, among other characteristics. Results showed that over 90% of the respondents pointed to Mang Inasal for having the best-tasting grilled chicken among 40 other brands the consumers were aware of.   “It’s inspiring to know that the people appreciate what we have been working hard for at Mang Inasal for the past 20 years -- which is to give our customers the best-tasting Chicken Inasal every day,” said Mang Inasal Business Unit head Mike V. Japchae and Bacon Wraps Recipe

When my son turned three, I could hardly make him eat whatever food I prepare for them. More often, he would only ask for sandwich and can live on it alone in a day. I thought training him when he was a baby eating only vegetables, fruits and fish will not make him a picky eater. But I guess most of the toddlers will really pass through picky eating stage. It’s just quite frustrating though, that as a parent you worry that he’s not getting the healthy balanced diet as he is supposed to.

Now I have to be more creative and think of ways more than one to be able to make him and enjoy the food served on the table. So I have accepted the challenge to make the food delectable and be able to make the picky eater toddler eat. Since he loves noodles and sandwiches, this will be my inspiration for the menu I will be preparing.

This meal is quite a self-serving because I was craving for Japchae the other day. So I am sharing with you my version of Japchae and Bacon wraps.

Bacon Wraps

In this recipe, I used uncured fresh bacon to be able to emphasize the new Ajinomoto Pork Savor which is already complete with spices and seasoning that every bite tastes like real pork.

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Cheese
  • Mayonnaise
