I was an outcast for the past 4 years of my life from what’s the latest movie on screen. Don’t get me wrong though, I didn’t regret it. But sometimes no matter how hard we try to schedule a date just like the old times, we just can’t because of the nannyless situation. But it seems like yesterday and the kids are already old enough to tag them along in cinemas! It was very timely when Barney’s concert was a test (we were able to survive it) when the sequel of the movie Rio is showing in cinemas.

They watched the Rio movie several times already and always enjoy it every time. So Boboy and I decided to watch the sequel movie as a family to give the kids a little treat.

Rio 2 is an animated musical adventure comedy movie suitable for kids and great for a family movie. It is a continuation to the first movie wherein Blu and Jewel had already three kids each possess different personality. The plot of the movie revolves in Amazon where Jewel is reunited with his father and planned to have a short vacation there instead.

Sitting like a boss

I love how the movie reminded us parents of happiness. In this vast society where everyone else is busy with their business, we are consumed by technology to be a source of happiness rather than an aide to make life things easier. It also teaches us to value family more than anything else. And that happiness is not an expensive thing but rather something that is already around you and you just need timeto spend it with them.

I wouldn’t blab so much on the movie because I want you to take time to watch it and I assure you, you will enjoy every single bit of it just like how we had so much fun.

MY favorite line from the movie? "Happy wife, happy life!"
